No activesync, change imei (help)

My p3300 is going for repair back to HTC. Now i need to set back the original imei number (was changed after a rom update). But my activesync doesn't work anymore (try'd it on 2 pc's). any one?

ActiveSync quit working on my Artemis on a particular ROM I flashed onto it. I was able to enter bootloader mode and flashed a different ROM and ActiveSync worked fine.
