I installed Windows mobile 6.1 yesterday and I am experiencing a problem when it comes to my contacts. I synced them back after upgrading, with Sprite Backup 6.2. It's all good as the contacts are all in the phone. But when I recieve calls from known people whose numbers are stored. They show up as regular numbers all in international formats like
+1(713)....... etc. How do I fix this back to the regular 713 so that the numbers can pull up from my contacts, please I really need to be able to know who is calling me. The numbers show up as if they are not stored. Anyone else going through this? How did you solve it?
So far all I have succeeded to is use photo contacts pro to identify the caller. But when I check call history, there is no name at all tied to it.
Please help :(

I will try that, but where do I back them up before syncing them. Try outlook? will that work? because my wife does not have an outlook account. I guess I will just merge the contacts with mine.:)
Thanx.

Outlook does support multiple profiles if you don't want to merge your contacts. Google it for instructions
