Sim not detecting after installing voip cab ?

After installing voip settings cab, it enabled internet calling and worked, but when i changed my sim it's not detecting, shows "The SIM card is missing". i tried flashing and all that sorts of things, but no way.
pls help me. O2 Xda Atom
