Hermes batteries/desktop charger - compatible with Kaiser?

Just managed to purchase a Kaiser for the measly sum of $400.00 AUD. Woo Hoo !!!

Now i was wondering. Are my Hermes batteries and desktop charger going to fit the Kaiser?
