error 240

hey guys im new to this, i use the jumpspl to get the tri-color screen and usb, i unplug and plug in, when i run the RUU program, the error 240 pops out. can anyone tell me wat exactly i need to do. im using xp w/ sp2. thanks

if you have a firewall running: disable and try again.
if this does not help or is not the case: try again as admin-user
if this does not help: copy the files to a different dir and try again.
if this does not help: ask again

I've read some AV software such as McAfee, also cause problems, try disabling that also if the above does not work.
