Won't go past Startup Screen

hi everyone, can someone please tell me what i did wrong.
I have flashed a few roms before and this time every time i start the 8125 it gets stuck cingular raising the bar screen.

The phone will still do hard reset.
Ipl 2.25.0001
Spl 2.2.5.001
Gsm 02.25.11
OS 11.0.1.1

I tried to do upgrade it to the the TNT 19199 professional wizard v.2. I used the shell tool and dropped the nk.nbf file into the shell folder like i have always done before and this time its stuck at the same screen. I can't connect it to active sync or even the computer to put back the stock cingular rom back in. Can someone please tell me what im doing wrong, from what i understand the phone is not bricked yet because i can still do a hard reset but still sends me back to the main startup screen. Help please.

Stock ROM can be flashed from Bootloader mode, just put your Wizard into bootloader mode (Camera+reset), then run the stock ROM RUU.

New to this...Could someone Please give me a walkthrough on how to do this.I can still hard reset.I reset using camera + reset...Brings up r/b/g screen.I don't know how to flash from there.Any help is greatly appreciated.:confused::confused::confused:

I took it back to WM5.Seems to be OK.Gonna try using Wizard Service Tool instead of ShellTool.See what happens:rolleyes:

You should HardSPL, then use RUU on ROMs without IPL directly.
