I am using Battery status 1.04.201 and running it on 273 all the time. Diference is BIG than original.
One cool thing that I like is "CPUScaler" that is built in this release.
It uses cpu as device needs it so it saves battery :)
Try it out

As with anything else, each and every one is different, some can OC more than others.

i come to revive this thread... Well my qtek is running stable at 273 mhz!!!
i figured it out that: since my siemens sx1 had a TI-omap cpu and overclock was also possible and the maximum was 192mhz from 120mhz, i thought that my qtek is also supposed to do the same thing. Extra 72 Mhz... and it did!! :D so much faster!
niiiiiice!

Hey all dont overclock your PPC, i guess you dont know its disadvantages, two main disadvantages are:
1.Reduces Processors life time.
2.Drains a lot of battery, and reduces its life too.
Battery you might be able to get but i dont guess you could get a Processors replacement once your PPCs warrenty is over. :)
I hope i helped. TC
