Show open apps in taskbar

I'm looking for an application similar to wisbar that would show all the open tasks in the top taskbar. Wisbar significantly slows down my ppc so I'm looking for something that has just that functionality.

I agree with @dom@, WKtask is the best I've found.

I use quick menu. It's free. It allows you to close programs using the dpad so you dont even have to use the stylus or the touch screen.
