Have wiz set up exactly how i want it, can i backup?

I have installed custom rom, and all the apps i need. Is there a way to backup or make a ghost/ clone image of this.

You need to install a backup program such as Sprite Backup or SPB Backup. You actually should have done this right after you upgraded your ROM inorder to minimize your risk of undoing all the hard work of customization.
