Not able to run a single of your tools

I want to unlock my MDA Vario 3, but I can't run a single tool. It stuck in 3 color mode and nothing happend after unplug and plug the USB.

KaiserUnlocker won't work because of .NET CF Problems...

Is my device different from all the others??? :(

Well, I read a lot and spent a couple of hours yesterday. But ok, I give it another try before I beat the sh** out of that bloody peace of T-Mobile sh**.

Try flashing using your MicroSD, that should work. HTH

Last thing, KaiserUnlocker.exe

I've installed a new ROM, "NoThrills WM6.1 GER V3". Great, all the T-Mobile sh** is gone :D

But my Kaiser is still an ordinary PDA :(

I thought, the new ROM would solved my problem, launching the KaiserUnlocker.exe. But it didn't. Please take a look at my 3 pictures.

That's because KaiserUnlocker.exe must be run on your windows PC, not on your PDA. ;)
You have to connect your PDA to your computer and then run the Unlocker-Tool on your windows PC. HTH.

Unlock Radio fails, incompatible device!

Step 1, Flash Hard-SPL fails, so I put Hard-SPL without KaiserUnlocker on the Kaiser. No Problem, flash successfull.

But why that incompatible device?
