So I'm looking for MS Voice command 1.6.19209 which is apparently the latest build.
I tried to ask handango.com/ sales about what build number exactly of the application I would be getting if I'd purchase it from them, these morons keep replying - 1.6.

So the question is the latest build 1.6.19209 available for purchase from any of online retailers?

Thanks,
Yury

I have that same concern. If Handango and others aren't immediately in possession of the latest version of something I wish to purchase, I won't buy from them. I bought SKTools, discovered that a newer version of what I bought was available and was instructed to redownload -- I did so, and didn't get the latest. I went to the author's site, downloaded it, and used whatever key I received from Handango.

Since we're talking about downloading purchased software, this isn't a stock issue where they have to sell-off their current stock before restocking. Getting straight answers from Microsoft would easily be as frustrating... :-) I have no answers, only stress.

It look slike Voice Command will be standard to WM6.1 Pro. In fact the version specifically mentioned in the OP is the version in the Leaked at&t WM6.1 Rom.

Personally, I'd say wait for WM6.1 and save the $40. BTW once it is released in a SHIPPED Rom it will no longer be considered Warez as it is will be freely included in the OS..

Good advice. If it's included in the ROM and a new version of the utility is released, can it be written over the version from the ROM? I presume that it can, short of a reset which would revert it back, right?
