Cannot change time zone problem

Hello all,

I've switched reacently from htc prophet to Imate JasJam,

I flashed faria WM6.1 clean Rom, but I had a problem that I can't change the time zone,

after I change time zone and save changes to clock, when ever I soft reset my device, it changes back to (moscow +3), I tried reflashing, another rom but still having the same problem

please help

Did you try to change your Regional Settings that my fix your issue.

Oh yeah just in case you dont know how to get to your Regional Setting it is
START/SETTINGS/SYSTEMS/REGIONAL SETTINGS

Yep sir,

I already tried that, and I save changes and every thing seems ok
but when I soft reset my device the clock settings turn back to "Moscow +3"

any Ideas, please help

in phone settings uncheck the auuto change timezone and clock settings.
