the large clock on the desktop only displays 1 or 2 numbers of the time. Is the new start button causing that problem. Also the was an icon I think for settings, I dont have that any more. Anyone ?

Hi,
try a soft reset from WM side or go to Vista and reset Snapvue from there using the control center.

I don't see any way to reset on either side. I can reset SnapVue by using file explorer. Will I lose WM6 .. Guess I will find out in a few minutes.

I learned the hard way, Clear Storage is NOT a soft reset. Back to square 1. Thing is .. when the start button is at the top of the screen, the isn't room at the bottom of the screen for Settings and SMS.

I think that the start button was not what was causing the display problems on my machine. Maybe adding and extra email address did it ...thanks for the help !!

Can't get the today reg to import. Tried it over and over. Do I need to start from scratch ?? Now I am afraid to start with the VGA because I am afraid I will get half way through that process and at some point it will not allow me to do something .. somewhere .. The only major change I made to the computer since the first time I modified winmo6 is adding the sidebar .. had to jump through some hoops to do that...

Hi, I get the impression,
that you do it the hard way. But for the first steps, before you start with RealVGA there is a very easy way to liberate the shift.
Look in the main Shift Thread. There you find from the top Sticky number four: Enabling the Shift the really easy way.
Or did you do that? It can be found on the modaco site.

And be very careful with RealVGA and read exactly the thing about the startup folder as you have an Italian Shift.
