CID unlock via imei-check

and does it remove the CID lock that i can be able to flash any rom, even if i broke the phone, can i flash it after by bootloader ?

yes but if the flashing rom stop or do a mistake
i'll not be able to flash again, and i just see the bootloader

the only way was to send my phone to garanty service. something about 20 days without my phone

so the best way is to unlock it full CID and SIM

Yeah...

But you can flash only OS part when you flash offical rom without SPL

use htcrt.exe and Dutty.NBH.tool.exe to do it.
