I've read in one of the posts here:

That T-Mobile in NL is accepting phone repair for warranty with or without official ROM. I'm wondering if it's also the same for Vodafone, any guys from NL experienced this? Because if yes then I'll send mine to them, if not then I'll send it directly to HTC assistance. I can't revert to SPL from HardSPL because I can't go to the OS to run SPL-KAIS so putting the original SPL and ROM is not an option for me.

Hi pfcsabre,

I have the Tytn2 from vodafone NL as well, and also have unfixable problems. After trying some ROM updates I figured it was a hardwareproblem and called the HTC technical service number. They will ask you about your IMEI, ROM and RADIO versions. I didn't take the gamble and told them I couldn't find it (playing noob).
The advice was to send in the device for repair with warranty (they pay):D.

Take a look at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=335568 to restore the original state of the device.

I wouldn't take the gamble to send it in with a flashed ROM because it states in the warranty that your phone needs to be in orriginal state!!

hey thanks for the advice Crybaby! Well the problem that I had is I can't put the SSPL-KAIS since my Kaiser is not booting up (just reboots infinitely) but last night with some stroke of luck my Kaiser has just been resurrected :D So I don't need to send it to repair now
