Are you saying that you got the "stock rom start menu" or just lost the option called "QuickMenu" in which you will find options like Screen, SIP, bluetooth, etc in ttrans custom rom? I had the same problem but after few days and soft resets it appeared on its own. anyway make sure that "QuickMenu.lnk" which is a shortcut file which brings the custom start menu is available in the folder "\Windows\StartUp\" and if not copy from "\Windows" and paste in start up folder. Use total commander or some other file explorer to do the same. let me know the result :)

I had the same problem except the link for the quickmenu is in the start up folder already. It occured after doing the initial settings changes the second time I flashed it with Open Touch v4.0. The first time it worked for a little bit but I guess I changed some setting that doesn't allow it to start up. I can click the link or program and it will load once but it defaults to the Orig. start menu after that... Am I the first with this specific issue?

No, you are not the only one having this issue. As I stated above, I still have the problem and the quick menu doesnt comes even after many soft resets. I even tried to move the .lnk file from startup folder and reset and then moved it back and reset, but no way... it just doesnt work...
