I have tried multiple times to flash rom's to my 8925 but with no success, I was wondering is there anyone in the washington dc, md area that would be able to unlock my 8925 and then add some apps and roms to my phone?

I tried that and it didn't work, I researched and looked at some of the other forums and i tried a few didn't ways to hardspl the device but i couldn't seem to figure out why it wouldn't work.

did u read thru all the flashing stickies and wiki's? did u follow all the steps correctly?? if u follow the steps and have the right tools it should work

I flashed my old Vario III a few months back, but used my warranty and insurance to get a fresh new one.

Perhaps someone who is very fammiliar with flashing roms can take student 174 through a step by step basis on how to flash his/her ROM if they have the time, as I've noticed this is not the first time he/she has enquired about this subject matter
