Hello,

I am a newbie here and with WM phones.
i just got an AT&T TILT (HTC 8925) over the weekend and all is great withthe phone but i have an issue with the ALIGN SCREEN function.

when i go to START/SETTINGS/SYSTEM/SCREEN/ALIGN screen i get the instructions and the big + sign in the middle of the screen but it does not respond at all.

i click lightly nothing?
i click harder and still nothing?
i then try to exit and nothing works.
i end up having to hold the power button until it powers off or a few times i had to remove the battery.

am i doing something wrong?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

thank you in advance for your help!

try doing a hard reset..

You can also activate the align screen program by holding the centre key and the internet explorer key at the same time. Although i would first advise a hard reset

Try disabling the Cube in fTouchFlo config. Soft Reset and try again.

Thanks
Dave

thanks but many forums like to flame newbies and how stupid we are.
everyone has to start somewhere and this discourages ppl from wanting to post and learn and participate in the forums.

This site has good ppl who are willing to help others who are starting to learn and make ppl feel comfortable in asking and wanting to learn.

thanks XDA developers and all the members!!!!

Actually that must have been one of the mods.

But in future i will do so !!!

thank you for who ever edited the title with the solution to my problem for me.

it was exactly that, i disabled the touchflo and it did a reset on its own.

then i was able to align the screen and turned the touchflo back on and its all working fine now!!!
