I'm looking for arcsoft builds. i've been havng problems with my MMS I can send them out all day. Now receiving them is another story. If I do get them its hours after they are sent. Even if I send a test to myself.
I'm currently using Binky11's v 3.1 ROM
It came with Arcsoft MMS Composer 4.2.8.1 build.

Did you try to rerun the connection setup again? Maybe is not config right.

Yes I soft reset it and re ran the wizard. It seemed to help with the test that I send to myself. The incoming messages from others are still heavily delayed. The pictures them selves are very light under 15k. I'm still gonna look around for some other builds and possibly change my radio. I'll update if I find a concrete fix. I know both At&t and T-Mobile users are experiencing these problems.

Install these cabs and rerun the Connection setup on your pda. It may be something wrong with the one that is in the rom. One of these should help I hope.
