I fixed it, if you go to start/system/connections and clickn on USB to PC, make sure the box is UN-CHECKED... It Enables extra network features or something...

All this did was disable activesync, I can't believe I fixed it I think I bothered everyone lol

try reinstalling activesync or deleting any old sync relationships you might have.
