New App comming soon - Need Help translating some strings

Hi everyone.
Along with a friend, I'm working on a small app to improve Comm Manager customization.
We're going to implement Multilanguage support, but I need some help in translating, so we can have support for many languages.

We already have support for:
- English
- Portuguese
- French - new (thanks to tonio94)
- Dutch - new (thanks to Re-Mi)
- German - new (thanks to hugoff)
- Italian - new (thanks to Bobo Xni)
- Spanish - new (thanks to jambolero)
- Slovenian - new (thanks to monsterfly)
- Vietnamese - new (thanks to Mountain King) (This language will only work in ROMs that support the language)
- Russian - new (thanks to Shiva) (This language will only work in ROMs that support the language)
- Czech - new (thanks to MaRaHox) (This language will only work in ROMs that support the language)
- Arabic - (thanks to AbuHumaid) (This language will only work in ROMs that support the language)
- Simplified Chinese - (thanks to mlalahoi) (This language will only work in ROMs that support the language)
- Norwegian - (thanks to Cobolt)

I'll be updating this post with the available languages as they come along.

The multi-language support will be done trough .ini files. Now I've compiled most of the languages in one .ini file, but languages needing special text coding for it to keep the language info, are giving me some trouble.

So I'll add the .ini file to the first post, with the English language and another language as example, and I'm asking the kind users that have already translated in Languages that require special coding, to copy the translation to the .ini file and save it with the right coding.
I'm sorry for not having done this to begin with, but I wasn't aware of this problem, since it's the first program I'm really involved in.

These are the languages I need in separate .ini files, since they have special and different coding
Vietnamese - Mountain King
Russian - Shiva
Czech - MaRaHox
Arabic - AbuHumaid
Simplified Chinese - mlalahoi

I realize that this may be too much to ask, but this way, the app would please many more users.
Anyways, even if this is not possible, when the app is released, users will still be able to have it in their own language. All they have to do is translate the .ini. I just wanted to do this, so I could provide the app, with more languages than just English and Portuguese.


The .ini files for Vietnamese, Russian and Czech, will probably not be good, as I may have chosen the wrong coding. The author of each translation can correct it, please.

And here's Simplified Chinese. A note, the punctuation marks in Chinese encoding can do funky things to your programs, if it comes out wierd go back and replace the punctuation using an english language IME. Looking forward to seeing the product!
