Does anybody own Just Mobile Rugged case for HTC Prophet? I mean this one: http://www.just-mobileonline.com/products_protectionseries_4.html ; http://www.expansys.com/p.aspx?i=141177
I am asking because I would like to buy one for my HTC TyTN II, but I am not sure if it would fit. According to this comparison: http://pdadb.net/index.php?m=pdacomparer&id1=733&id2=391 Prophet is 0.3mm wider, while TyTN II is 0.6mm thicker and 3.2mm longer.

(I would like to attach my TyTN II to my bicycle, but standard bike mounts wouldn't work for me, while they are not protecting the PDA in any way. And Just Mobile case seems perfect in this (although I am not sure if it would be possible to attach it to a bike). Also any other ideas are welcome.)

Thank you very much in advance for any replies.

I haven't used that, but bear in mind that the underside has holes where dust and moisture could get into contact which you device. And the screen may be open to dust, rain etc too.

I cannot remember where I saw it now, but there is a case that fits via a mount to the handlebars, and you slide the phone in - it has a clear flexible plastic front.

I remember reading that it was a very tight fit for the Prophet, at least.

My intention is to use it for TyTN II, but I would like to have a look at it in case you happen to find it.

Thanks for reply.

Found it! look at www.boxit.net - under products for the phone skin, then accessories for the bicycle mount. best of luck (& enjoy the cycling! - I've got a 70km MTB marathon coming up this weekend :) )

Oh, looks great. Thank you very much. Maybe I will give it a try, althought it is a little bit less rugged than I would probably need.
I am in the process of deciding between this, Otterbox and perhaps some other (semi-self made) option.

Edit: Good luck in your marathon ;-)

At last I have opted for OtterBox 2600. Will post here my impressions once it arrives if you are interested.

Lok forward to hearing about it! I've always wondered about all the bumps and vibration related to fixing it to the bike, but the review I posted about the Boxit case seemed to suggest it didn't affect the terminal.

(the marathon was great! - very wet though, both rain and deepish rivers to contend with)
