Missing Bluetooth Application

OK... I have searched here, there, and everywhere. I had a program installed on my Tilt and well... my PC and phone crashed. Everything is back up but 1 little program. This little program put an option in the menu when you are in the dial pad to turn on/off bluetooth. It was really handy and want it back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
