Hello,

my engish is not good. But i have some prolems with my XDA Terra (htc heral).
Bootloader is IPL 4.11.0002 SPL 4.11.0000. My Rom version is 4.11.207.3 GER. I wanted to present the update RUU_Herald_HTC_GER_5.4.407.1_4.1.13.34_02.79.90_Sh ip tobring but I always get the error [294]. My XDA is from O2 German.

Why can I not update?

the one you watn to "upgrade" is OLDER!!!!!!! it is Wm5....

Currently you are usind WM6!!

and you cannot run an update on xda - terra if you do not hard-spl
