contact backup app (free?)

Hi guys, i use some other app to backup my calendar to sunbird because we all know how SH*T activesync is. here's the problem though: i have an application i need to install that needs to install thru activesync. so to prevent me loosing everything on my phone again, can someone suggest a free backup or contact export program. i dont mind typing all the contacts in again by hand, but i swear, if i loose all my contacts again because of ActiveSh*t relationship with phone.. im gonna kill someone at MS...

If you browse to "My Device" you will find a file called "pim.vol" thats where all wm devices stores contact and calendar data!
Just copy the file and put it in the same directory on any other wm device, and restart the device, thats it, now you should have all your contacts and calendar information on the other device! FOR FREE! :)

No need to install any programs for doing that!
