China's iPhonish PPC Clone Today Screen

I had a buddy who was going to buy one of these off of ebay. After a brief convo of the pros and cons, she ultimately chose not to go with one of these. IMO I would pass on these due the lack of support and that its too much of a gamble to go with one of these knock-offs.


I am interested in finding out what that light sensor app is all about though?:D

well is not possible to see on those pictures how the I-phone like home interface works and what kind of software use, but what about if they are using parts of software developed from users of XDA to realize this I-Phone look....!!!! i could believe it....!!!!

Whatever it is, the icon by "Start" in one of the screen shots of programs is the default for something created using PPL.

Ok, I found on youTube some videos. It's pretty much fake. And probably they've used xda-developers. :mad:

mmm... it seems to be a wm6? with an ifonz on it...
the plastic around the screen seems to be apple-like, but it's not...

I was actually going to get one of these, that is until I noticed the phone didnt have the features of the real thing. Although if it is running WM's on it I wonder if it capable of being upgraded? If so, with, ifonz, S2U2, PocketCM, and others, then this phone could for sure be made into an 1phone. Cool nock off though. (notice)= in the picture from the link, if you look at the screen it looks like a standard ppc screen, not full screen like the apple one. The specs of it seems standard, a phone with the hardware of an 1phone* "clever"... I wanna get one...:)

My friends uncle bought one of these 2 weeks ago in india...and he says its really nice and he loves it.

I have one and yes, it does run the real winmo 6 with word and media player, etc. I have installed s2p, s2u2, s2v (Though it does come with its own version). I love it. The light sensor will change the backlight and brightness of the screen to whatever is best for the room you are in. So if you walk outside at noon you will still be able to see the screen like you saw it in the building you just came from. Also the rotate screen feature and 2 cameras are cool.


I get alot of my apps for my phone from this site and I just wanted to say thanks to all the developers here.
