Hi
I can't find o2 stellar so sorry if I'm posting in wrong place.
I have problems when visiting websites with Java button, the phone just doesn't do anything. I initially thought this was a stellar specific problem as a colleague of mine has the same problem and Orbits don't. Some of my colleagues Stellars do work though. I don't recall changing any settings. Hard resets also dont work.
Anyone any suggestions how to make Java work?
Also the hard/factory reset I've tried involves pressing the two soft keys then the reset button and waiting for a message. The message doesn't appear for me.
Is this the hard reset? If so any idea why it wouldn't work?
