remove orange logo on boot

I need help on to replace orange logo on boot with another, i am running custom firmware, phone is cid and sim unlocked and hars spl 1.0 installed, many thanks as i am newbie to the kaiser and when i flashed hermes it removed boot logo but does not on kaiser.
