help with upgrading verizon 6800

could someone please point me to a thread that explains how to upgrade the stock 6800 for verizon to one that support rev a and internal gps that is reliable...i know i need dcd something probably and the sprint newer radio but am unsure of correct procedure and order thanks....just want to do it once...

thanks...i had to follow a slightly diff procedure for verizon...had to run 2.40 unlocker first...then sprint upgrade to latest official without customization...then latest dcd...then call verizon to activate...then turn on gps in phone settings...but works great...thanks...
