The Atom V is a device, not a today plugin

The plugin doesn't work on non atom V devices. If someone owns an atom V and can get me either a dump or a registry backup, I may be able to work out what it checks the device name against, and so patch it, or the devices for it to work.

It works on my qtek 2020, but seems not be a plugin.
Install and run GBCShell.WMobile.exe.
But i'm not able to personalize it.

i think we need a *.exe called quicklist.exe, because some icons are linked to this *.exe placed in windows
