I have a HTC p4300, never changed anything on it, I want WM6 and the new look like an iphone, I have read here and figured out I have a G4 phone, thats all I have figured out I have wm5 now, where do I start? Thank you in advance for all your help.

Start here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=285435 I know this says for G3 but just read it anyway. You should do a whole lot of reading here. And then and only then flash your phone.
