Anyone with tips on how to get wireless modem/internet sharing working? I am using a Dutty ROM, and can get the connected box to turn yellow, but that is it.
I am not sure what I should set the APN settings to (I am on cingular) ... and what other problems I may have.
Any thoughts appreciated.
(this used to work for me, with older ROMs)
SOLVED -- ok, went to a cafe, got online, did some searching, realized my error. Wireless modem (and the internet sharing button from the comm manager) do not work for me (since both use the older wireless modem app, that no longer works on this 6.1 ROM), but if I go to the "internet sharing" program under the programs menu, all is good.
Frustrating thing about not having net access is inability to search for the answers online!
