How to connect to internet using OPERATOR

I am from slovakia and I use O2 as my operator. How can I set up the internet that I can receive wheather information in soft like PointUI or touch commander.

What does it cost ?
Is it expensive to download these wheather data?
I am a complete noob in things about mobile internet. Never use it

Well it depends upon your service provider..give them a call or contact them asking for the Data charges

as for ur seconds requests..Install HTC Connection manager ( if u cant find it tell me)..and select your service provider settings ..soft reset and Enjoy Internet on ur Hima
