activesync syncing clock time with pda all the time

this kinda sux cause my notebook normally set at some other time keep syncing with my pda ...........how to stop it?? and note, i know the tools-->option--> setting thing and untick "sync clock upon connection"

that i know but it works for the xp activesync..........

how about the vista activesync?? how do i unsync the clock??
