TomTom and upgrade old xda.

Hi All,

i just aquired an old xda Version 3.0.12039 (build 11178)

I'm not sure which operating system is on it, what i would like to know is can it be updated and what can it be updated to if any? Also is it possible to put TomTom mobile on it and which version?
