Where can I buy the Shift?

Who can ship anywhere internationally and give the best deal? And does this require CID unlocking? Right now this Shift is the lesser evil,not happy with the size. Then again,I havent seen pictures of somebody actually holding a Shift:)

I think Shifts are unlocked at least the ones that are offered on eBay, afaik. But in order to use the WinMo side fully, you have to liberate it, HardSPL and install one of the ROMs available on this forum to enable GPS. HTC crippled WinMo and locked a lot of functionalities such as GPS, SD card access, Phone, Blue Tooth, and WiFi. Currently we are able to get GPS functioning. We are still working on microphone, video, phone, BT, WiFi and SD.
