Can't Get the Cube/Touch flo to Work

Hi everyboby I'm new to this roming and flashing and
I've download dutty's latest Rom............I don't believe he included..touch flo in this rom the I trying scrolling up and down nothing happen. So I tried to try to download ftouchflo v. 1.4.1 hotfix and I tried to extract the file I got a earth on a paper. Title setup.....and some other document..........so I sync that on my phone to see if it will install it got stuck on set up.........

1. you should post your touchflo issue in the dutty thread
2. i believe the "hotfix" you downloaded is a cab file, copy that to the phone and execute it
