Copy contacts to SIM?

Anyone knows how can I do that?
I have added many contacts to my Vox. I need to flash it now, and don't want to loose them. So is there some app which can copy all of my contacts to my SIM card?
Also, will apreciate if someone tells me a way to make default: every contact I add, goes to my SIM card.

Go to:
Start->Expert->SIM Manager->Menu->Select All->Menu->Contacts to SIM
