All Day Events won't show on Today screen

I have set All Day Events to show on the today screen (the tick-box under Today Screen >> Calendar >> Options) but for some reason it will only show the event if it has a set start and finish time.
I have searched everywhere but cannot seem to find a solution.
Can anybody else confirm whether this happens on their ROM?
I am using C_Shekhar's WM6.1C version (109).

Thanks ather, but the problem isn't that the event won't display in month view, it is that it won't display on the Today Screen (the home screen). If I set it to "all day" than the Today Screen says "No Upcoming Appointments" but if I set the event to a certain time, IE between 6am and 5pm, then it will show up on the Today Screen as "(Event) - 6:00AM - 5.00PM"

It happens in both WM6 and WM6.1, so it is porbably some setting that I am missing, not a bug. Just wish I could solve it.
It should work with "Show All Day Events" ticked, but it doesn't.
