help with simunlock at&t tilt....

i just bought from ebay an AT&T tilt and its SPL says "SPL-1.93.0000 CLPD-8" i cannot use the kaiser-simunlocker (step 1 cannot proceed). how can i change it to SPL-1.0 OliPof" ?? thank u in advance!
