Please help! Problem with G4 hard SPL on Wizard O2 miniS

just to be straight to the point. I have a Wizard O2 mini S and have upgraded to hard SPL successfully and managed to use WM6 for a while. few days ago, My brother accidentally run an orriginal wizard rom upgrade pack (contained IPL/SPL) and now my device doesn't work and my PC couldnot detect this wizard device in any mode (normal boot mode or USB - bootloader mode). However it still can enter the 2 bellow modes...

2. At normal boot: just only display and stuck at bellow message/info

_ IPL 2.21.0001
_ SPL 2.21.olip
_ GSM 02.19.11
_ OS 6.1.0.0

1. Bootloader: tri-color trip and indicating in USB status with following info but also could not detect by PC too.

_ IPL 2.21.0001
_ SPL 2.21.olip

I have read some info in the forum saying that you will bricked it if you run a rom upgrade contain SPL/IPL on an Olip (hard SPL) device. So i think this is my case but i don't know if there is any expert or user have found a solution to work over this case at this state... or any useful suggestion from you all might help me!! I definitely don't want an expensive paperweight...
Any suggestion of you all will be very much gratefull.

If it gets into Bootloaders(Tricolor) and detects usb,it means its connecting with the pc.Try to flash any wm6 rom and see if it boots up normal,coz a Bricked phone won't either Power On,charge or get into Bootloaders,you might be in luck there.

hi zabardast, thank you very much for your prompt reply... i will try to do as u say... As you said... the phone is still able to charge itself when i conect it to the USB... Hope it will work when i flash with a new rom...

similar problem faced,i install ampv1 rom on my kjam & wrking well but i tried to ensure that battery is "some how" 100% as my phone wont boot....but now working well.

1stly it failed (and i lose my hope)

but

i was trying to buy nokia n95 but can get it so tried once again....

As long as you can see the 3 color ( bootoader) there is still hope

you can fix it just have to have a little courage... anyway there is nothing to loose anymore its either claim it as it is ... brick( I am telling you it is not bricked... you can still see the 3 colors right?) or go on the flashing part... more excitement

flash wizard love first and choose any rom here I think every rom has its own advantages and disadvantages... with that said ... happy ROM hunting:)

Good news, I've managed to get my wizard fixed... and now I would like to share with you all how i do it...

1. get a rom without IPL/SPL/Extended rom . In my case i got a slim version of WM6.1 (Slim-v3.0a) from pdaviet http://pdaviet.com/showthread.php?t=24923.

2. You also need to pay attention at the RUUResource.dll file which newromupdateutility_wizard_noid.exe pack will need to run your upgrade (I get it by extracting from the original ship rom pack for your device). If you receive an error message when u run the wizard_noid saying that it can not detect the RUU dll then just rename the RUUResource.dll to whatever it say.

3. get your phone to boat loader-USB mode and upgrade it with newromupdateutility_wizard_noid.exe (but remember some other version might not work, in my case i tried with several as i have quite number versions of them). If you like u can get the one i used.

Note: If you fail in running the wizard (because the usb connection is lost even if you see the USB status on it), remove the battery of your device, place it back then get to bootloader-USB connection mode and run the process again.

4. when the process finish, make a hard reset.:D:D:D
