How do i make a copy of OEM Rom and Radio

I just received a new Qwest Mogul and before i upgrade, i would like to make complete copy's of the original 2.13 Rom and 1.39 Radio

Anyone know how to do this?

is it reasonably easy or fairly complicated?

Hi if you can get a copy of 2.13 Rom and 1.39 Radio from qwest can you get me one im looking for that rom with no luck
