I have installed Kavana on my s620 and it works very nicely, my friend on the other hand has the S630 and was dissapointed that we couldn't install the KAVANA ROM

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=374890

on his phone..Im thinking it is the chipset that is not allowing this installation his phone but who knows..

What Im asking is does anybody know how to get around this or fix this?

I found this

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=388248

that would look similar but its not the same as install the KAVANA ROM. So its a temp fix for him.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Excalibur has TI Omap chipset and Cavalier has Samsung plus there's no CID unlock for cavalier yet, thats why Kavana's ROM wont work on yours friend phone. Next time spare my time and search the thread as this was already answered.

Cheers
