The home plugin works well only on the english roms.

With the italian one, I've managed with mui renaming, but no luck at all.

The only solution is upgrading your rom with an english one.

i have a rom orange FR and the plug samsung home work very well,

but to work : make a hard reset befor and after install the plug home samsung
enjoy !
