This Rom will be available in 6X Versions 2x Cube: 2x Non-Cube: 2x Lite Rom
This Rom is the based on CE OS 5.2.19716 and new Build 5.2.19700 [29.04.08]

There will be 3 roms compatable with the latest AT&T Radios 1.65.14.06 and Radio 1.65.17.10
VERY IMPORTANT TO HARD RESET AFTER FLASH AND ALSO PLEASE POWER DOWN & POWER ON YOUR DEVICE AFTER CUSTOMISATION.
This Rom is also compatible with most or all of the wm6.1 radios including, Niki and Polaris.

The drivers are from that latest AT&T rom SO RADIO 1.65.17.10 should be compatable with it, not saying you should flash the radio but if yor stuck with the radio already give it a try

I am assuming it's called Hybrid because there are two or more ROM's that have had the best bits from each taken to make a new one. Is this the case?

I did check Dutty's Wiki but it seems to need some updating, apparently it cant keep up with the rate that Dutty is chucking out ROM's :D

U can flash radio rom separately. U can flash the rom with 1.65.14.06 radio and then reflash just the radio.

It has some new futures like threaded sms etc. It came from another phone and was cooked to work on the TYTNII. There is no built un FM chipsets in the phone so you will have to do it via streaming media

Yes, HSDPA icon is missing... but you can use Advanced Config or KaiserTweak to activate/deactivate it.... or execute \Windows\HSDPASwitch.exe directly..

BTW, HSDPA is disable by default...

Yes, HSDPA icon is missing... but you can use Advanced Config or KaiserTweak to activate/deactivate it.... or execute \Windows\HSDPASwitch.exe directly..

BTW, HSDPA is disable by default...

For the GPS in Tomtom, try this. It worked for me on another WM 6.1 ROM.

I had to set the baud rate to 57600 in Settings / Systems / External GPS / Hardware in order for Tomtom and other apps to pick up the GPS signal.
Tomtom is configured to use the Internal GPS. The default 4800 baud did not work!

I hope this helps.

Unfortunately no. This A.M. I hung it up from the roof of my Jeep. Over the weekend, suspending it in the air and letting gravity do the work of removing the oil seems to be helping. This A.M. I suspended it for the roof of my Jeep, so maybe the heat and gravity can work together and maybe help out. Who knows. Got my fingers crossed anyway.

This is not the radio that locks the device. You are fine with this radio. This radio used to only work with 19209 roms but your friend Dutty has created a hybrid allowing you to use this radio and still have your cake and eat it to.

Looks to be the case for me too. Flashed the rom first and was about to flash a radio, but I checked Device Information and it listed 1.65.14.06 as my radio version.

Definitely must have been included in the ROM as I didn't even have a 6.1 radio installed before.

First off, let me say that I'm thrilled the Touch Keypad is included the latest ROMs!

Is there still no way to enable the native WM word completion for the hardware keyboard w/o disabling XT9 (and therefore the touch keyboard & keypad) through the disableXT9 cab or just editing the registry to do so manually?

And please don't get me wrong; I much prefer having the touch keyboard integrated (expecially with contact prediction when composing SMS) because I use it a lot more often than the hardware keyboard. Maybe I'm getting a little greedy hoping for the best of both worlds!

Also, if you use the disable/enable XT9 cabs, do you have to soft reset before the changes take place like you do if you edit the registry to turn XT9 on and off? I've only done it a few times through editing the registry a few months ago (and sorry if i'm being lazy on this one - just curious but didn't search or just give it a try myself).

No, you didn't. I just wanted to clear the air for those that seemed to start worrying. Dutty as of recent has started including radios. It's usually, if not always, included in the name of the zip file located towards the end.

strange, as there is a link in start up folder which enables voice command to auto start that could be the problem but like what i said never get that message, thanks for the file also

After a couple Hard-resets and a soft reset.. the ROM sweeps anything of its feet!

I'll be the guinea pig on that one. I have some things to take care of today so it'll be a while before I can report back, but I'll be getting alot of phone usage in too.

I'll pass judgement whenever I get back home.

Judging from the benchmarks they should be close... but benchmarks don't tell the real story when the differences are so small :)

After just piddling about the device on the new rom, I'd have to say, based off my initial thoughts, that this build will be the first contender for the Apr. 01 build speed-wise.

Obviously testing stability will require a bit more time, but thus far everything seems ok.

For example, in 'Owner Information' the information which was inputted by .xml doesn't show, including the 'Owner Name'. But when I register the programs which requires the 'Owner Name' even though the 'Owner Name' doesn't show up, the program register properly.

i would observe the connection bubble that shows you're internet connecting and see if it actually connects and to what connection, (medianet or myisp). whichever one its using will show up and try swapping the connection ur using in connection settings to see if that helps

Thanks Dutty for your work...just a quick note...on the last couple of roms I've used there has been an issue with the Airplane Mode....when I turn it on everything is fine, but somewhere between point A and point B on a flight the data connection comes alive (the big block "3G" or "E") but still not cell phone signal...however the green light is blinking....in fact I got a text message the other day while landing...with flight mode on. When attempting to turn flight mode off it hangs up and is fine after a soft reset....

Using the comm manager and just turning "phone" off works fine.

Using the 16th version right now

no real difference. and you are correct it was hacked slightly to support the wmv9 codec which is needed for some folks that use orb to stream everything and i mean everything from their pc when away. i can get access to files, movies, pretty much anything on my pc while im away, so long as the pc's on and orb is running. it works fine with flashvidoebundle, but have never used sirius. which, im pretty sure you should be fine with the .81 as not much else was changed about it.

Right off the bat I was shocked how Dutty did NOT include advanced config in this rom. Why is there advance config?

Next is that the HTC home weather doesn't work using 3G only wifi or when connected to USB. How do I fix this?

ALSO, when I have my Jawbone paired with the phone, it is nice that I get notifications on who is calling me, but why the hell do I have to listen to the ringtone through the headphones too?

This is such a blower, I rather just not have notification if I can't even listen to my ringtones blasted on my phone.
These problems are bugging the HELL OUT OF ME. PLEASE fix dutty or at least tell me how I can fix this. I'm thinking of just going back to the last ROM.

There are many helpful people in this forum and we all will at least show you the right path for your questions. No need to bash or have a mean tone in your typing. Just read and it will set you free.

case in point: earlier today I was using L26 V2 and was tethered to my lappy downloading Dutty's 4-29-08 rom release, on the download I was getting speeds in the 100KBps - 200KBps using connection wizard settings.

now with dutty's release I'm downloading L26 V3 I'm getting download speeds of 1.9KBps! - 30KBps using connection wizard settings.
so i know its not a problem with my settings. I feel as if there is something that is taken out of the rom that is causing this.

Its just taken me 1 hour to read this thread and Im paceing the floor waiting for the upload. :):D. I dont think Im gona be able to wait for the Lite ROM. Ahhhhhhh. So im gona flash now and prob in 2 hours when the Lite ROM finishes:rolleyes:.Iv been on NoThrills since the Apr 16 ROM was not stable for me. But I loved that you had skype working Dutty. Change radio. No big deal. Also, you have to realize that your results are only good for you. Not for anyone else.

Can someone explain me how to choose the right code in order to download from RapidShare? I am not smart enough to understand what letters do I need to choose :(

The ones with cats on them, there will be 4 of the letters that have a cat watermark on them. It's really annoying, haha.

yOU NEED to enable hsdpa in settings to get high speeds
funny thing is thats 1 of the first things I do when I install a fresh rom. i enabled, disabled, enabled it this morning and still the same thing.....
