Yea, ive "rebuild" the shipped KAISER ROM to Wings...:D but needs a lot of work now...
Screen Rotate works..
error messages too...:mad:

Status:

Radio Rom Version 1.64.08.21 (Works well with Alcalines ROM too)
Phone Boots,
ActiveSync connect,
Displaydriver works in Portrait&Landscape by sliding Keyboard,

...but only 10 seconds to test, because there is a "Simdoor Unlocked-Please lock it..."Message, maybe a Hardware-Issue...

I want to add some nice tweaks later, to make this ROM useable without touchscreen like on HTC StarTrak or Tornado...

PRO ROM for PRO USER...

Who wants to test?Or help?!?!?All others may use ALCALINES ROM, because its for SmartPhones (only) and nearly bugless.

can you fully interact with it?

If so, it is useful; because there are other features within WM pro versus WM standard.

Don't let these guys keep you down. I'd volunteer to test, but I'm too comfortable with Alcaline's build.

I think so, but ive only 10 seconds to test...because there is a "SIM DOOR UNLOCKED-PHONE REBOOTS IN 10 SECONDS" Message after booting,but the Todayscreen appears, in Landscape too,...

Here are my findings:

Duttys WM 6.1 PRO Version 5.2.19209 for HTC KAISER,
Radio Rom Version 1.64.08.21 Works well with Alcalines ROM,

...now ill hope to remove this SIM Door Issue...better use Alcalines ROM:o

This is no prob...there are two apps out there, well tested on StarTrak and Typhoon, called FakeCursor and SPHelper.The Pro ROM is mostly useable with Joypad only, but some 3rd Apps need them.

coming from tornado forum, do you have any news? please let me know, i would like to switch to a pro wings. Also do you have any kitchen to cook roms?

No news for now...ive bricked the RadioPart in my Phone, have to fix this first...:mad:

Rom boots well, but i cant locate this SIMDOOR-Issue..i have to bypass this f*ckin GPIOx05.Then the real work may begin..

To cook a WINGS rom u can use any KAISER Kitchen...look at the KaiserForum here...:rolleyes:

If you need any advice , then ask...;)

Arpy, would you tell me what did you change in the kaiser rom to make it run on the s730? I suppose the drivers are the same, but what else?
I know i'm a newb. :)

....at first time, ive changed NOTHING-> extract a KAISER ROM and recompiled as WINGS Rom =>1st Bootscreen with red letters, 2nd Screen with Startup-Animation, 3rd Screen with Windowslogo-=>Warning for an "Open SIM-Door"=>Todayscreen=>Phone Off.:mad:

at second time ive changed the whole Sys-Folder from Alcaline with Duttys one (dont ask which one, ive tried them all...:mad:)...mostly the same result,with some ROM's the Phone freeze after 2nd Screen...

Strike three:Changed the RADIO.
Ive tried some KAISER-RadioRoms, same results!
Radios works well with Alcalines ROM,..till i stucked with "RADIO ROM FROM HELL"..:o I can use my phone like before,but cant update my radio...now i try a solution in KAISERFORUM to "Jailbreak":(

Fazit:A KAISER Rom works well on WINGS.
But we need a "HACK" to disable the GPIO=05c->SimdoorSensor.

EDIT:

Ah i forgot...Ive changed the XIP too..anyway, same results!!!The Usual way is to use the SYS and XIP from PRO and the OEM from STANDART,..i think..

i keep seeing threads for wm6.1 and how it works but no links to download it and try it for myself.

i tried aclines and didnt work keep saying the file is corupted. im looking for wm 6.1 for my wing any help???

Next:Check your Phone.Do yu have a WING or a WINGS?

Then:Post into the right Forum.This thread is the PRO OS for SP thread!

No, thats the Problem.And not enought time to check the running processes or called dll's...:(

now i playin' around with HaRet and some other COM-Telnet tools,...:confused:

is there any emulator where you can check the opened process in a kaiser rom?

Thanks for the info, but i think, my prob isnt related to the suspend mode...always a HardwareInterrupt

we need a "HACK" to disable the GPIO=05c->SimdoorSensor
or whats causing it to check for a sim door sensor

But i am willing to try:)

My Phone is now stucked with a crappy radio and a nonworking Camera.
Ive thrown this Project and Phone and use a real ppc now.
If anybody intrested to work with, ive the files on my HD....
