hey i really like that diamond wallpaper with the red in it...do you think you can post it for dl cause id love to use it on my phone..love the red effect!!!


its not a sapcial wallpaper
its the same layout from Greatbal that has built-in transparency
& if you choose one of the spb shell color themes it will do that effect for you without any graphic adjustments

i captured an empty page with the color effect to use for S2U2 ... see below ;)
S2U2 reduces the quality of the BG image, so it appers pixelated & not as smooth as in spb shell :( anyone can find a fix?

I have only seen a screenshot of a theme with it apparently working from some russian website. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, I remember reading somewhere that it was only for use in MS 2.0.

The reason it hasn't been done and PS profile have, is that MS supports PS profiles plug-in natively, and AFAIK there isn't a plug-in available for BT/Wifi/Data. This obviously means that a work-around would have to be found, and I am not aware of any plans or work in the pipeline.

AFAIK, this can only be done by installing SPB Weather and then enabling the SPB Weather plug-in within MS. Information on setting up your custom source within SPB Weather can be found here (http://www.spbclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7840&sid=23cdfcd882d76e1c68e33012ca5bda40).

attached here is my modifications to the Greatbal Diamond theme with y1mrn tweaks

i basically like the diamond look but tried to avid many screen tabs to get to what i want... so this is what i call "practical" or quick Diamond theme

features:
- 3 page layout (clock, programs, speed dial)
- if in today screen, the 3 small (drop) menues on gesture will show appropriatly
- clock either analog or digital - I added ":" dots between the clock tabs
- programs has 6 menu icons & the backlight only from MRU
- Spb phone suite integration, but moved to launcher page to make finger frindly
-centered status icons in landscape mode
-theme colored BG transparacncy
-Calender moved to time page (accessed by clicking clock on main screen)
- Added "alarm" clickable icon to calender page bottom bar to allow setting alarms from within shell
-Weather icon in programs page too.


I thought (although not too practical) about having the weather icon leading to "MainWeather" page with the LARGE icon & description then clicking that large icon leads to the "weather" page with full detail
Doing that is difficult to me..maybe Greatbal, y1mrn or 240mac can help????

Also tried adding the glossy tabs behind the spb phone suite profile icon & behind the weather icon on programs page...but the glossy tab kept coming on top of the icon & hiding it... any one can adjust? it will look better with full 9 glossy tabs...i think

I would like "maybe??" to add the different cities to the to of the calender page..if i can squeez them there..but it may take from tasks/appointments or calender space...does anyone think that would be good idea?

this theme is fixed for protrait & landscape...

Sorry guys, been busy lately. Here the skin for my NO TAB diamond vista. Based on greatbal diamond layout H. It has:

1 - Single analog or digital clock with calendar (when tap)
2 - Gloss status and menu
3 - Original weather
4 - 2 pages of 3x3 contacts

Have include a gloss tab layout for those who prefer tabs. Just copy over the include qa_layout.
also include are today .tsk and S2U2 wallpaper.

I agree. That's why I've made some new profiles in Spb Phone Suite "Wifi On", "Wifi Off", "Bluetooth On", Bluetooth Off etc.
Not a slick solusion, but it works.
Remember to leave everything else but the Wifi and Bluetooth unchanged in the profiles. This way I hardly need to go to my todayscreen any more.
I did this because I don't like the wireless manager on my Eten.
Now, what I need is some icons for Wifi and Bluetooth to match your other icons used for Spb Phone Suite.

How can I change the Diamond theme so that the contacts icon will open up PocketCM instead of the speed dial pages? I don't use speed dial, and a bug with the speed dial that does not allow text messages to be sent (letters will not come up, only numbers) hinders the whole thing.

AfAIK there isn't a layout with 4 contact pages. If your looking to have more contacts, you can use a layout that has 3 contact pages with 15 contacts on each page. This gives you 45 contacts instead of your current 17. There's a few of them out their. For starters, look on page 125 at Greatbals post. You can more easily change your background, than get someone to design a whole new layout.

Well just two more little things:
I have the SPB shell in spanish and just everything is translated automatically (only I have to translate some reg hacks for the 9th buttons), but the problem is that: Home, Calendar, Weather pages have the "title" translated and Programs and Contact-VIP... tabs are in english. Do anyone know why?
And the other one is: many times the spb shell goes back to the programs page as default. Can I change this behaviour to the home page?

Check in 'Settings -> System -> SPB Phone Suite -> Profiles -> Feature Options' to see if you have all the profiles. If not you can manually add and configure them from there.

No problem. Sounds like a Phone Suite problem. If I were you I would uninstall PS, delete all files in PS installation folder, delete all registry settings for PS and then soft reset and reinstall. If that doesnt work... contact SPB, as I don't think it's a problem with the settings.

Edit: I guess the SPB Shell itself has only translated the words it recognises: Weather and Calendar.
"Programs - Main" and "Contacts-Vip" are modified by this diamond theme.
I supose. Can I fix it? Edit this text? In registry I can't find it.

No problem. Sounds like a Phone Suite problem. If I were you I would uninstall PS, delete all files in PS installation folder, delete all registry settings for PS and then soft reset and reinstall. If that doesnt work... contact SPB, as I don't think it's a problem with the settings.

All settings, are controlled via registry; however, they are also more easily available, just by going to the Edit Profile. Then, you can change all but the bluetooth, to unchanged. Then, when activating that profile, the only thing that is changed, is the bluetooth, or wifi/phone respectively.

Has Anyone tested the Power Consumption of this Theme? I am using SPB Mobile Shell, but over all other UIs (GoodWin, PointUI, etc) this one consumes a lot more juice that the latter, and I mean ALOT MORE.

I dunno if it's because of the colors or info it runs, but I was just curious if one has tested the consumption. If by tommorow I get no response, I will go ahead and test this myself.

I found that exact particular app just from reading through the development and hacking forum. I see noobs get paid out on here alot because they just jump straight into a thread and post or create a new thread without searching.

Automating things like sourcing information makes some of us lazy, unintentionally. All I'm saying is have a browse, read through it and you might come across some interesting stuff from time to time.

It makes it hard to maintain forums when people post and post and post and post. So we all need to be considerate both ways.

Hi.

I have a different problem...on SPB MS Weather seems to always show only one weather forecast which is LIGHT or HEAVY RAIN, even if it is very sunny today and no forecast of rain.

I have other Weather apps installed, the SBSH Pocket Weather and I checked it and it shows a SUN. I also checked the default HTC Home Weather tab and it shows a SUN too.

So I suspect that SPB MS Weather must be wrong and inacccurate.

Can anyone please help?

i just switched from WAD stuff to SPB MS2.1 - WAD made it pretty easy to create a new "virtual page" with shortcuts to programs, etc. is there a way to do this in SPB?

HEY as i was excited to see this wallpaper posted after i asked for it, after i dled it an tried to apply it to my today screen the size of it was to small grrrrrr lol it was 75x100 i believe an i need 240x320 anyway you can make it so its that size an itll fit my screen pleaseeeeeeeeeee lol... but thank you so much for posting it for me really appreciate it... i just need it in the correct size to be able to use it

Maybe some one in the forum can help my out. I had an idea to keep clean version of htc home screen (like Death rom home screen) but give it a bit of a twist. You know make it look stock but not really. For example you wound still have the main icons ( clock, favorite contacts, weather, programs, music, and profiles) but add the feature to panel the time screen, favorites screen, programs screen left and right. here is what I was thinking

1. (the clock) panel left on time screen reveals a small callender (themed like spb2.1). panel right on time screen and it reveals a themed alarm clock feature.

2. (Favorites) activating the favorites icon reveals your favorites pictures. but instead of two rows it would be one row. Give it the same type of interface like an apple computer menu. The idea is to see three contacts but the one in the center zooms to the front. Then simply panel left and right till you locate the desired contact. Clicking the picture dials number and clicking and holding opens the contact.

3. (weather) reveals a short animation of current weather. Panel left and you get the default for weekly weather nothing fansy (or you could make them slide into the screen bump into each other and arrange them selves quickly.

4 (programs) activating programs icon slides icons into program screen but this can be customized by like the favorites option (show three icons the one in the middle zooms etc etc)

5. Music keep it default but add the option to choose your default player.

6 profile tab manipulated as a quick link to open command manager. Having the profile tab is pointless since you can change profiles from the top bar.


Anyone developers who are interested in starting something like this let me know. Yes, it does, to be honest its the only one that does work perfectly for Me. Have you tried reinstalling spb ms 2.1 again then soft reset then reinstall gsmart - might help.

Diamond PS

Intro

First and foremost, I would like to thank Greatbal for his amazing work and giving me the blessing to release this adaptation of his theme (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2239209&postcount=1245). It is designed for users of the SPB Phone Suite plug-in within SPB Mobile Shell v2.1 only. It will not display properly for those who do not use the Phone Suite plug-in or other versions of Mobile Shell. Also, it is for qVGA devices only and optimsed for portrait (with landscape support). EDIT: As of 01/06/08 20:15 GMT Daylight - this theme will display correctly for users who do not use SPB Phone Suite or when the plug-in is disabled.

Why another version?

Prior to the release of this theme, Phone Suite users had the problem of the profile icon appearing too large and not matching the theme. Greatbal created a work-around in the form of layouts D - G, where the profile icon was moved from the 'top bar' to the Now screen. I have managed to find and implement another work-around which keeps the profile icon on the 'top bar' and on every tab/page.

This theme contains all of my prior fixes (selection shadows & centred weather description). It also uses the alternative (larger) weather icon set and alternative (no heart) contact icon. Credit and thanks go to Agamemmnon who provided the alternative contact icon and to azzambm who provided the alternative weather icons.

Layouts

There are four layouts, equivalent to layouts A, B, C & H of Greatbal's original theme. However to avoid confusion with the original they will be lettered W - Z as follows: -


Layout W - Full version; equivalent to layout A; digital clock, analog clock, calendar, menu launcher, MRU, weather, contacts x 3.
Layout X - Single clock version; equivalent to layout B; digital/analog clock, calendar, menu launcher, MRU, weather, contacts x 3.
Layout Y - Gesture version; equivalent to layout C; digital/analog clock, calendar, menu launcher, weather, contacts (no MRU, single contacts page).
Layout Z - Hidden calendar version; equivalent to layout H; digital/analog clock, MRU, menu launcher, weather, contacts (calendar on time page, single contacts).

Optional alternatives

The files in the 'Optional alternatives' folders are optional as the name suggests. There are the original (smaller) weather icons and original (heart) contacts icon which can be copied into Program Files\SPB Mobile Shell on your device. There is a coloured version of the menu, for which the credit goes to Beherrschen. There is also an opaque version of the profile icons which is designed for those who use the profiles in SPB Phone Suite today plug-in as the default icons are white on a transparent background (note that this opaque version does not display as nicely in SPB Mobile Shell).

Known issues


In order for the SPB Phone Suite profile icons to display properly in the theme I have had to resize them from 32x32 pixels to 16x16 pixels. This means that 16x16 icons show wherever 32x32 icons would normally display.
When using the default (transparent) profile icons they do not display correctly in the SPB Phone Suite today plug-in. This is because they are white on a transparent background. If you use the today plug-in please use the opaque profile icons.
When using the optional opaque profile icons a black box appears around each icon in the SPB Mobile Shell profile selection menu. This is because they have an opaque background and if you do not use the SPB Phone Suite today plug-in please revert to the default (transparent) profile icons.
The selection shadow for the mail/sms/call status indicators is too large and mis-shapen. This is a long-standing problem and I am yet to find a fix. EDIT: Fix in progress, finally!


Fixed Issues


The selection shadow for the profile icon does not cover the whole icon, only the bottom two-thirds. Unfortunately I cannot find a fix for this. I've been busy recovering my 2GB SD card which was completly lost and contained all my importand files. Unfortunatly I don't have everything back still so I'm busy to build a lot from scratch. Well at least 1 positive side my theme is working in 240x320 (portrait) and 320x240 (landscape) now. Still busy replacing some items but it's almost ready. I'll keep you posted... Still gotta compile a new CAB soon.

(Can't wait for my HTC Raphael - T-Mobile MDA IV aka the qwerty keyboard version of the HTC Diamond - T-Mobile Compact IV). When I have it I'll start making a VGA version aswell which I don't expect to be very difficult. I can't test it at all since I don't have a VGA device right now.

Hi! nice peace of SW sbp Mshell and with that skins it's really a usability boost to our WMdevices.
I have noticed that on my trinity, without any screen protector, in full day sun, dark background with white letters are not so readable, as the white background with black letters screens...
I have'nt found sbp Mshell skins with that colour chose. Anyone can make a try to do it so?

Edit: I guess the SPB Shell itself has only translated the words it recognises: Weather and Calendar.
"Programs - Main" and "Contacts-Vip" are modified by this diamond theme.
I supose. Can I fix it? Edit this text? In registry I can't find it.

In the installation folder of Spb Mobile Shell you have the file "SpbMobileShell.txt".
You just add with notepad the words that you want to translate in this file (previous copied in your PC) with this syntax, example:

Weather|Tiempo
Contacts|Contactos

Have done an update to include Phone Suite for those that want it in their theme. As usual, two version, tab and no tab. Take note that for no tab version, the active area for status is the portion above the line. Sorry, mobileshell limitation. Have also change the tab for contact. This is a full theme. Can you post the photoshop files? I have not made my own theme yet, but I have been studying greatbal and others work and have made my own custom version of the Diamond theme. I have learned a lot and may be ready to help out with something like this.

Many thanks to all the people who had worked and are working on Mobile skins. This is making my device much better to use and with more beautiful looking. Especially to Gretabal, awesome theme. I'm using Diamond one right now.
I have a question (forgive me if this has been talked in previous posts, but after reading 209 pages... :rolleyes: )
In the original Mobile shell (not pocket plus), there are "Tabs" that are user configurable. What I use to configure in one of those tabs, was a 3rd party Plug-in. Specially the Weather Panel plug-in.
My doubt is if I can access one of those Mobile shell Tabs, from Now screen or the “Programs – Main” page, to be able to see this plugin.
I have tried by "My Theme" configurable button option from Mobile Shell, but this does not include the option of plugins, just Menu, Link or file.

its not a sapcial wallpaper
its the same layout from Greatbal that has built-in transparency
& if you choose one of the spb shell color themes it will do that effect for you without any graphic adjustments

i captured an empty page with the color effect to use for S2U2 ... see below ;)
S2U2 reduces the quality of the BG image, so it appers pixelated & not as smooth as in spb shell :( anyone can find a fix?

This is another attempt at making the White Clock look a bit better
than the bold and fairly crude looking one i posted yesterday.

One thing that can't be done with the rounded corners is have 2 seperate
backgrounds for the digits, it's got to have 4 for obvious reasons.

I found the comm manager plus application elsewhere and installed it separately. I ran the reg edits and they worked. I copied the menuicons into my qp_menu_btn.dat file. The menu works if accessed from shell menu - the new icons in the dat file aren't recognised. I wasn't sure which bit of code was needed from qa_layouts?

Not much help but I'd love someone to find the answers!!!

Hi.

I have a different problem...on SPB MS Weather seems to always show only one weather forecast which is LIGHT or HEAVY RAIN, even if it is very sunny today and no forecast of rain.

I have other Weather apps installed, the SBSH Pocket Weather and I checked it and it shows a SUN. I also checked the default HTC Home Weather tab and it shows a SUN too.

So I suspect that SPB MS Weather must be wrong and inacccurate.

Can anyone please help?

You could try SPB Weather, which can use custom sources and is intergrated with MS.

i just switched from WAD stuff to SPB MS2.1 - WAD made it pretty easy to create a new "virtual page" with shortcuts to programs, etc. is there a way to do this in SPB?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean but if you go to Settings -> Customise Menu you can add links to programs, files etc from there.

I found the comm manager plus application elsewhere and installed it separately. I ran the reg edits and they worked. I copied the menuicons into my qp_menu_btn.dat file. The menu works if accessed from shell menu - the new icons in the dat file aren't recognised. I wasn't sure which bit of code was needed from qa_layouts?

Not much help but I'd love someone to find the answers!!!

You could try SPB Weather, which can use custom sources and is intergrated with MS.



I'm not sure exactly what you mean but if you go to Settings -> Customise Menu you can add links to programs, files etc from there.

I managed to resolve the issue. I think I had added a different version of qa_weather_lock.dat to my original greatbal theme. I've copied it over again and I've got a slightly larger weather icon at the top left of the detailed multi day forecast page. Thanx

Hi.

I have a different problem...on SPB MS Weather seems to always show only one weather forecast which is LIGHT or HEAVY RAIN, even if it is very sunny today and no forecast of rain.

I have other Weather apps installed, the SBSH Pocket Weather and I checked it and it shows a SUN. I also checked the default HTC Home Weather tab and it shows a SUN too.

So I suspect that SPB MS Weather must be wrong and inacccurate.

Can anyone please help?

Once you downloaded the file harbinger for change background colors on the topics Diamond 3D (SIRB also for other issues Diamond)
1-Change the file. Zip format. Dat
2-copy to folder Shell Spb Mobile Device (overwrite)
3-Reset the PDA
4-Go to Spb Menu / Programs / Settings / Shell SpbMobile / Theme and choose the color you like:

For some reason, when I change the file name to .dat, the file still remains as a zip file. Will you be able to post the dat file instead.

i tweaked the previousy posted colored squares BG to get rid of the BG lines from the original theme ..so its completely plain color without the residual difference that was showing on the right side of the screen

Played with these, they aren't very user friendly, if you customize you launcher menus, odds are you will break the links to the commanager, unless you are familliar with the creation of the themes. In my opinion it would cause a flood of repeating posts of redundant questions.

I had that problem too and even in Seattle it doesn't rain that much! I searched the list and found my exact city (16 miles from Seattle) and the weather update is 100% accurate. Maybe you could find an adjacent suburb and try that for accuracy?

1 - Single analog or digital clock with calendar (when tap)
2 - Gloss status and menu
3 - Original weather
4 - 2 pages of 3x3 contacts

I love this colorized version of the BG - thanks harbinger!...so for all of you square screenies out there like me, I modified the BG to fit. It works perfectly with jopiej's awesome square Diamond theme. Just unzip the two BG files and replace the existing ones in the /Programs/spb Mobile Shell folder!

Just a curiosity question here....I am using the diamond 240x240 theme (thanks jopiej for posting it) and I notice the data connection icon stays constant if there is a connection active or not. Is that the way it is supposed to be, or is it supposed to be dynamic like the signal bars?

I would like someone to work with me on a WM7 theme using MS2.1, resulting initially in a QVGA 240 x 320 theme. I have done some initial work on the graphics required (see below) including the Now screen and the weather screen.

Anyone interested who actually knows how to put the whole thing together, arrange the placement of various theme elements etc please let me know. I have the Photoshop (PSD) file for the below screenshots.

I've been busy recovering my 2GB SD card which was completly lost and contained all my importand files. Unfortunatly I don't have everything back still so I'm busy to build a lot from scratch. Well at least 1 positive side my theme is working in 240x320 (portrait) and 320x240 (landscape) now. Still busy replacing some items but it's almost ready. I'll keep you posted... Still gotta compile a new CAB soon.

Good luck with the recovery! Your theme is still my preferred one, even considering the great ones that appeared lately! I was only missing the landscape version, so I am very happy to hear it is coming.

One remark on the .cab: it seems in your previous versions it overwrites the names of the settings icons in the registry. On my French ROM, this messed up the settings menu... It would be great if you could avoid that in your next version!

yeah totaly... love his skins.. is you mash up his manila skin and his qmobile... or whatever the other one was... they work realy nice together.

personaly i would love to see a nice minimal white theme... ...all these things are super awsome.. but they are soooo dark... and windowms mobile doesnt allow you to select white as the color...

Can you do the 320x240? I have problem with all the buttons when I tried to use it in the diamond skin. I like the color button make the black more lively. I still like the total gross black background.

* in the weather pane, in the four days detail the icons cover the days' names. maybe this names can be printed some pixels above?
* in the programs pane the operator name and the charge percentage fonts are smaller than the fonts in the other panes
* in all panes the volume icon is not aligned with its "clicking area"

the color work fine..but i have glossy top & bottom bars in protrait & the original matt black ones in ladscape... see pics below

This looks nice. I am currently using the old version of this but would love to try out the new one. Only thing I noticed in the pics that I would want changed is the MRU icons on the launcher tab. I just like the 9 icons with no MRU icons needed.

dayze0 good question where is he? I agree he did a great job with the point UI theme! I still use his layout as base for my current set up which I have just updated with minor graphics and bug fixes! I've uploaded the files if anyone's interested;)

I would like to edit with xml the Contacts pages, I wanted to rename it in French, so where is the file in the .dat file (qa_layouts) I don't find the string for the contact, I look in the Contact and Main Contact and I don't see the Contact VIP - Contact Personal - Contact Business.... any clue on this please.... and I look into the file SpbMobileShell .txt and it's nothing about those name...

It seems to work with Ultimate Launcher and/ or Battery Status skins, but it is NOT (as far as I can tell and after some considerable playing) designed to work as the weather component of the Greatbal Diamond Theme for Mobile Shell. Damn shame really as I am an SPSH Pocketweather fan.....

Is anyone upto the challenge of making the existing theme even more like the current HTC Touch Diamond theme?

Below are two examples of some graphics I have put together to show what I mean, followed by the existing QVGA theme as it currently appears on my phone.

I love this theme and know that Greatbal is intending to go on holiday then move on to the next theme after that. I wondered if there was sufficient interest to push the development forward with these final tweaks.

I have tried where possible to emulate the real Diamond theme but within what I am hoping is possible from Mobile Shell 2.1 frame work.

I have the PSD files if anyone needs them to carry this forward.

Guys, this is Update 1 for Diamond themes.

Few Update :
1. Combine with Sony PS3 nice icon set. *thanks Dredd67 for the Weather Icon*
2. Removal of Page headers, its kind of too consuming our little space..
3. Profesional screen layout supported.

Thanks again for your great work! A couple questions:

- Any chance you'll incorporate the transparent version so theme colors will show through like the bigger screens have been able to do?

- Font 11 works best for the different top fonts. I tried 12 but it cuts off part of the '100%' symbol with a full battery.

- How do you remove plugins? I'd like to eliminate the "Operator" and "Profile" sections from the top but every time I delete that section I either get a black screen or one that looks perfect, but the touchscreen doesn't work. Do you know an easy way to get rid of those 2 plugins so it's just the time and battery across the top?

Everything else works great! I love the weather screen and will not use the MRU screen so this setup is almost perfect! Thanks again!

i actually had another idea, i tweaked the colored BG images, so you can use spb color themes to show in the squares (more color choices to users) & changed the rest to white
it works pretty good..actually it looks promising....

i also changed the font color in "layout" file to have the text in black in all menues

i am having problems with the graphics in the following:
- doing the same background idea in landscape (maybe if you compare qp_"working" and ql_"not working" _bkg_now files ..maybe you can figure it out
when i try to cut the black image from seperator2 file in ql_bkg-now.det (like i did in protrait qp_) it dosen't work..i may not be saving the file in proper format after editing

also i need color inversion (black vs white) in the files: qa_battery_small , qa_operator_small , qp_dclock_small ... so they all show in the top as its white on white now...only the text showing in black now

lastly, maybe the bottom bar can be tweaked too..if you noticed the original diamond white has opposite color icons too ... but if not im happy with black

notes to keep in mind:
my setup is cut short..i only use 3 tabs (launcher, main, contacts) with profile & weather in launcher page & calender from inside time page with alarms moved to bottom..(see my older post names "practical diamond theme)..so it will look different at 1st, but the main idea of converting to white is working my setup is xml file positiong only

Ok, i think i kindda fixed it.

This is what i did.

- Install SPB 2.1
- Install the cab from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2239576&postcount=1263
- Replace all the files from the zip file to your program files

and tada... volume icon is back to normal :D

I've also remade the portrait and landscape backgrounds for you with a new bottom bar.

all your work before told me you can fix the rest

BUT...i still have small problem with the landscape...i saw you fixed the seperator2 file in ql_ with your white background..but the mask seperator2_m now does not match...
so i like the bottom bar you made but if you can have the graphics match the mask (make it plain) so the spb original colors show as user perefer from below like in the protrait now...please

installed JOPIEJ's 240x240 VGA Theme on a Palm Treo 750 - everything os working great EXCEPT the NOW Screen..where I have no Clock displayed at all and the Date is overlapping with the Inbox/Messaging/Missed Call Buttons on top of the screen.
All other Screens/Pages are perfect!:)

No it's not possible to use animated wallpapers in Mobile Shell, it's limited to .bmp files sadly, maybe in future releases they may incorporate the use of animated files, and then we would be able to use animated weather icons as well.

Hi all

attached here is my modifications to the Greatbal Diamond theme with y1mrn tweaks

i basically like the diamond look but tried to avid many screen tabs to get to what i want... so this is what i call "practical" or quick Diamond theme

features:
- 3 page layout (clock, programs, speed dial)
- if in today screen, the 3 small (drop) menues on gesture will show appropriatly
- clock either analog or digital - I added ":" dots between the clock tabs
- programs has 6 menu icons & the backlight only from MRU
- Spb phone suite integration, but moved to launcher page to make finger frindly
-centered status icons in landscape mode
-theme colored BG transparacncy
-Calender moved to time page (accessed by clicking clock on main screen)
- Added "alarm" clickable icon to calender page bottom bar to allow setting alarms from within shell
-Weather icon in programs page too.


I thought (although not too practical) about having the weather icon leading to "MainWeather" page with the LARGE icon & description then clicking that large icon leads to the "weather" page with full detail
Doing that is difficult to me..maybe Greatbal, y1mrn or 240mac can help????

Also tried adding the glossy tabs behind the spb phone suite profile icon & behind the weather icon on programs page...but the glossy tab kept coming on top of the icon & hiding it... any one can adjust? it will look better with full 9 glossy tabs...i think

I would like "maybe??" to add the different cities to the to of the calender page..if i can squeez them there..but it may take from tasks/appointments or calender space...does anyone think that would be good idea?

this theme is fixed for protrait & landscape...

help & comments are appriciated...thanks

I have searched but have been unable to find the files for these modifications. Can you please point me in the right direction?
