Did you check DLL versions of the camera fix before echanging dll's?
I found out that Build 19209 ROMs have a newer DLL included than the fix coming from HTC, hence the 19209 Builds are newer than the fix. Did you check on that?
The fix has - afaik - version 1.50.0.0 and 19209 features CIF.DLL 1.52.0.0

I'm waiting for your upload though, it's interesting to see something new...!

Original Cif.dll is 1.25.00 ,patch from htc is 1.50.00 (included in rom)

Interesting fact, bepes ROMs (I could be wrong though) use version 1.52.0.0 which is in fact a newer build than what you posted above.
I guess he got them somewhere else and custom baked them into his ROM ;)
