Hi,

the S730 has no connector for an external antenna (or is the signal available in the multi-usb??).

Could be a wireless gsm-antenna that some vendors offer useful or is that nonsense?
Its said that the antenna takes the in-car signal and sends it to the outside and vice versa. Sounds strange to me.

I found this schema:

A1 seems to be a connector for antenna.

By my opinion A1 is used as FM antenna for radio (for HTC models content FM radio), it can not work as GSM antenna, but you can try to use and delaborate some connector from original head speakers.
Please, study here, no chance to buy 11pin USB connector for home "bastling"

That is next wrong thing by Wings - no any GSM antenna connector. :(
