Damn - Radio ROM upgrade & now No Signal or USB (active sync)

Hi Guys, been searching but haven't really found much on this.
Right have a G3 Wizrd and loaded TNT 19209 (had ipl & spl1.06 with GSM 01.12.10)

Everything seem to be operating fine but not GPRS (settings were correct as test on another phone TMobile UK).

So decided to update the radio ROM to 2.47.11 (i think) and now unable to get any signal and even more frightening no USB connection.
I have already BRICK a phone this wk and this was to replace that one...(yeah, what a week)

Also the phone is extremely slow now too.

So advise would be greatly appreciated on this matter..

If i go to bootloader and plug in the USB it is recognised but unable to reload the radio rom from here. Do I re run the orignal ROM TNT (as i tried the onboard reinstall)

have you upgraded the bootloaders to 2.xx before uploading the TNT ROM?

How come you got IPL/SPL 1.06 and running TNT 19209 ? TNT 19209 is a wm6.1 Rom,which can only be upgraded with IPL/SPL 2.xx. Did you CID unlock the phone before upgrading to TNT wm6 rom.

Yes, i did Super CID unlock the phone before hand using the Wizard Service Tool.
Can i now upgrade IPL\SPL by using the tri screen or is there another way without booting into WM6.1? (I'll try taking sim out but don't think that will help)....

Any ideas?

Ok,if you say its Super CID,then you must not have upgraded to IPL/SPL 2.xx,mandatory for upgrade to wm6 thats why it shows ipl/spl 1.06 or its still not Super Cid and still on its official wm5 rom.
First,check again with WST tool to verify the CID lock/unlock status,if its still unlocked,then get it CID unlocked and upgrade to IPL/SPL 2.xx by flashing T-mobile 2.26 rom and after that upgrade to any wm6 rom.
But,if it's already CID unlocked then,YES! first flash to upgrade to IPL/SPL 2.xx and then upgrade to wm6.

Thanks - Back and kicking now. Had to start phone in bootloader mode before i was able to flash again. Gone to TMobile 2.26. Used WST regarding CID:

Phone is already CID unlocked!

Same for SIM.

Have now loaded TNT 19209 Pro but have stuck to 2.26 for now (or should i go up a level?).

Well,upgrading to IPL/SPL 3.08 will not give you some very phenomenal boost or changes,it'll just slightly improve the Boot up timing only,which is hardly noticeable and nothing else,where as,it also sometimes creates problems while downgrading.IPL/SPL 2.26 are the most stable Bootloaders and have proven their worth time and again,if you are happy and comfortable with 2.26,My suggestion wud be to stick with them instead of upgrading to 3.08.

Do you have 2.26? I would like to downgrade back to it. I upgraded to 3.08, but I don't really see any difference.

Well,here I wud rather suggest you to keep running 3.08,as long as,it doesn't give or pose any problem,coz downgrading from 3.08 to 2.26 sometimes doesn't go successful and creates problems.
But if you really want to downgrade to 2.26,than simply flash back the T-mobile 2.26,it'll downgrade the IPL/SPL to 2.26,after that you can again upgrade to any latest wm6 or 6.1 rom,but the IPL/SPL will remain at 2.26.:)
